Workies

Instead of selfies, my students do Workies, work they are proud of with an explanation. Now that we are using Showbie to upload work from the iPads it has been really easy to get their work printed.

I saw this idea on the internet and decided it would be a good end of topic activity. The students downloaded the image from Showbie into Comic Life and added on their own ideas. I was very impressed with the results. histagram paper version

This has been so popular this year that I made laminated counters with magnets as I was going through millions on post it notes. As with anything laminated they can be a pain to clean if left but it was well worth the cutting and sticking. connect 4 connect 4 circles
